Mariola Cisowska

During my eight years of working on the development of the distripark.com platform, I had the opportunity to observe at close range how Mariola, as President of the Management Board, shaped and led this project. In 2015/2016 it was a highly pioneering venture on the market, and delivering it required tremendous ambition, vision and keeping both feet firmly on the ground. Point her to an extraordinary goal, give her a good team and 30% of the necessary resources, and after a while she will come back and report that the job is done. It was with Mariola as my boss that I achieved my greatest professional successes so far. You have to watch out, because she always delivers unusual, extraordinary goals at 120% — and does so with such ease and elegance that it seems like routine.
